Not just slide decks. I plan it. Then I do it.

I work with founders and operators who need someone senior enough to run ops, technical enough to build the tools, and fast enough to move this week — not next quarter.

The short version.

Most consulting engagements spend the first six weeks getting started. Mine don't. Three specific differences from how agencies and most consultants run this kind of work.

01 — HOW I START

One paid day, then week-one builds.

One working day to pressure-test the plan — applied toward the retainer if we move forward — then a working plan, and the first deliverable inside five business days.

02 — HOW I COMMUNICATE

No account manager. You get me directly.

Email, Slack, whatever channel your team uses. I'm in your workspace, not behind a layer of coordinators. Same-day response during the work week.

03 — HOW I DELIVER

Most consultants present work. I do it.

You'll see real builds, real process, real results — not polished summaries of what I would do if you approved the next phase. Done beats described, every time.

Specific work. Real numbers.

I don't keep a case study library for the sake of it. Three recent engagements where the outcome is easy to describe and the numbers are honest. Each one was three to twelve weeks of focused work.

01

Surfaced an $80K deal hiding in plain sight.

A 50-person reseller ran sales out of five private spreadsheets. In one week, I stood up a shared pipeline in Monday.com and wired the site straight into the CRM — reclaiming 25+ reporting hours a week and surfacing a single $80K+ client hiding across reps.

02

Shipped a full digital stack in 30 days.

A first-time candidate for the Michigan State House had no brand, no site, and no signal. In four weeks, I ran voice and pillars, then built a 15+ page custom stack with volunteer, newsletter, and admin tools — plus a district-lookup that turned every visit into in-district voter data.

03

Cut 10,000+ labor hours from a 5G rollout.

A regional telecom operator was losing tower crews to software-update waste — long updates, random failures, full restarts. I instrumented the work in Asana so waste became a number, then stacked fixes: parallel updates, early failure detection, and off-tower pre-staging.

Without me

Six weeks of meetings before the first real deliverable.

That's the typical agency engagement. Discovery, scoping, SOW revisions, kickoff — by the time something gets built, you could have already launched.

With me

Working prototype in your hands by Friday.

I start in week one. If I can't give you something real to look at inside of five business days, I've over-scoped the work and we should talk about narrowing it.

Range is the point, not a compromise.

Most consultants specialize into a narrow slice. That works if you have the budget to hire four of them. For most founders and operators I work with, the better answer is one senior consultant who can cover the full spread — and knows when to bring in a specialist versus just get it done.

Operations & Project Management

Running the work that keeps you from running it. Weekly sprints, cross-team coordination, vendor management, the unglamorous stuff that makes everything else work.

ROADMAPS · COORDINATION · VENDOR MGMT

Sales, Marketing & Admin

Pipelines, outreach, CRM setup, positioning, reporting, and the operational spine behind all of it. The "how do we actually run this" conversations most founders put off for too long.

PIPELINE · CRM SETUP · SALES OPS

Web, Tools & Systems

Internal tools, dashboards, billing systems, the scrappy v1 of a product feature, marketing sites that earn their keep. Usually the thing your team has on the backlog and won't get to for six months.

WEB BUILDS · DASHBOARDS · AUTOMATION

Media & Public Relations

Press outreach, brand storytelling, PR positioning, and the message discipline that gets a growing company noticed for the right reasons. Media kits, launch campaigns, and spokesperson prep for when the camera actually turns on.

We needed someone who could move quickly and fill the gaps we were missing, and not need six weeks to get started. That's Corey. He isn't like the other consultants we've worked with. His methods are fast and effective.

A note from me

Most consultants spend more time making presentations about the work than doing the work itself. I cut the bloat and execute on day one.

— Corey

What to expect.

Short funnel. Same-day reply. A week from first message to real work. Here's exactly what happens when you send one.

01 — INTRO MESSAGE

Same-day reply.

Send a message through the contact form or email me directly. No budget questionnaires, no gatekeeper, no discovery deck you have to fill out first. You'll hear back from me the same business day.

02 — FIT CALL

30 minutes. One conversation.

We cover the situation, the first move, and what's in the way. If it's not a fit, I'll say so on the call — and refer you to someone who is. One conversation is usually enough to know.

03 — DISCOVERY DAY

One paid working day.

A flat fee buys a full day of real work — a plan, an audit, or a working prototype, depending on what you need most. If we move forward on a retainer within 30 days, the cost applies toward it.

04 — RETAINER START

Week one is building.

Weekly, monthly, or annual engagements. First deliverable lands inside five business days — real work in your workspace, not a six-week runway of discovery meetings.

Let's see if this fits.

Send me a message and tell me what you're dealing with. One conversation is usually enough to know if I'm the right fit — and if I'm not, I'll usually know someone who is.
